On the 14th of March 2023, Rev. Father Stephen Yaw Manu, House Superior of Missionaries of Charity Home, Pankrono reported to the office about one Kwame Amarvi Nyavor of age 59years, that he met the victim on the 6th of January 2023 in Italy at Rome in San Gregorio Cello 7, Missionaries of Charity Home. The victim is a Ghanaian who had lost his memory and he was sent to the said Charity Home by the Italian Police at about eight years ago to be sent to Ghana to locate his family members. As such, the Department of Social Welfare and Community Development assisted by taking the victim to the two media houses Oyerapa FM and Nhyira Radio, through the announcement the Department was able to locate his family members back at Takoradi. The victim was re-unified to his family on the, 27th March, 2023.
