On 11th March 2024, the Agricultural Department hosted an engaging in-service training session on the preparation of spring rolls, organized by OTMA. The training aimed to enhance the culinary skills of participants and promote the preparation of healthy and delicious snacks. This session brought together key stakeholders and participants eager to expand their knowledge in food preparation techniques. Through practical demonstrations and hands-on activities, attendees learned the various steps involved in making spring rolls, including ingredient selection, preparation, and presentation. The training is part of our broader efforts to support local food innovation, improve nutritional awareness, and foster small-scale entrepreneurship among community members. The event was a successful platform for skill development and knowledge sharing, contributing to the empowerment of local food vendors and home cooks alike.
