Old Tafo Municipal Assembly held the second ordinary meeting of the first section of the second Assembly. On the opening remarks of the Presiding Member, he stated that the Honourable members must put a stop to lateness during meeting time. The minute was read by Mr. Michael Van Sowah. He read the minutes and apologies were made by the Honourable members. The Honourable Presiding Member made the complaint about the absence of action bar in previous meeting. Moving forward he chaired the meeting with love and unity.
On the matters arising, an Honourable member made a complaint that, some of the staffs at the Municipal are collecting money from people who want to register for the COVID-19 loan registration. So the MCE added to it that, any staff who would be caught collecting money from people for COVID-19 loan registration will be dealt with.The honourable made assertion that, the streetlights bought should be shared equally among them.
