LEAP MANAGEMENT SECRETARIATE VISITED THE DEPARTMENT DURING THE 77TH & 78TH PAYMENT CYCLE
During the quarter under review, the Municipality had a double LEAP Payment cycle, the 77th & 78th payment cycles which was paid on the same day. During these payment cycle, fifty-five (55) beneficiaries were mobilized to receive their cash benefits out of which forty-seven (47) beneficiaries received their cash while eight (8) persons did not show up at the pay point. A total amount of Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Three point Sixty-six Pesewas (GH₵.8503.66) Ghana Cedis only was disbursed.
A team from the LEAP Management Secretariate visited the Department during the 77th & 78th payment cycle. The Audit team from the secretariate also came to check the financial retirement documents for NHIS, 71st & 72nd as well as 73rd & 74th leap payment cycles.
