INVEST PROJECT(NGO) COLLABORATES WITH OLD TAFO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY FOR FEMALES’ SOCIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME
INVEST PROJECT an NGO, collaborated with the Department of Social Welfare and Community Development (Old Tafo Municipal assembly) and organized a sensitization on the relevance of female’s engagement in Craftwork on Friday, 23rd February 2023. The programmed was held at Fire Ways Chapel at Abed, Pankrono. Artisans were educated to give listening ears to female apprentices as they may be exploited or harassed by clients.
Also, participants were equipped on how to draw a line between a man’s duty at home and that of a woman’s at home.
